The Secondary Schools Challenge is a team event played among secondary schools from the North West of Sydney. Teams consist of 3 doubles pairs with each pair being graded into a round robin division. Ranking points are awarded to each team; the 2nd and final leg of the 2020 Secondary Schools Challenge will be played in Term 3 (separate entry).

Schools may enter multiple teams of 3 player pairs. If a school does not have three pairs, players may enter as pairs from the same school. Players may also enter as an individual to be paired where available by the organisers with another player of similar ability from a different school. If you play with a regular partner from a different school, you may also enter as a pair.

As this is a graded competition, players/parents are requested to provide as much information as possible regarding the child's playing ability in order to be placed in the appropriate division. Key details requested: (1) hours/week playing tennis (2) UTR and/or JT participation info. Players who currently play in ETDTA's Saturday Junior Competitions are exempt from providing grading info as we will use your comp stats to determine division/grading.
